Star Wars Characters are the characters seen
in Angry Birds Star Wars. The birds are based on
the Star Warscharacters
from the Original Trilogy, the trilogy that
includes A New Hope, The Empire
Strikes Back and Return of the
Jedi.
-------------------------------------------------------
Luke Skywalker (Red Skywalker)
Red is Luke Skywalker in the Star
Wars game. Originally, like in the previous games he did not have a power,
but later gained his father's blue lightsaber. He uses a lightsaber in a
spinning motion, similar to a shuriken to
break blocks, as seen in a gameplay trailer. If Path of the Jedi is completed,
then Luke will gain a green lightsaber, and clothing that resembles Luke's from Return
of the Jedi. He seems to be more powerful than Red Bird was in Angry
Birds. Name comes from the Angry
Birds Online Shop.
-------------------------------------------------------
Han Solo (Chuck "Ham" Solo)
Chuck is Han
Solo in the Star Wars game. His ability is to shoot a laser
3 times from his blaster based on Han Solo's. Name comes from the Angry Birds
Online Shop.

structures, blocks, and pigs themselves. Despite what her sprite sheet
looks like she actually has a tail like the original Stella. Name comes from
the Angry Birds Online Shop. She becomes playable once the player has unlocked Hoth.
-------------------------------------------------------
C-3PO
C-3PO resembles Matilda.
His ability is to explode, splitting into 5 debris pieces: head, beak, torso,
bottom, and tail; and float around, hitting Blocks and
pigs.

Yoda
Yoda does not resemble any of the
preexisting birds. It seems to be a new bird created specifically to represent
the old Jedi Master.
According to art director Toni Kysenius, Yoda was originally based on the Blue Birds, but was redesigned to look more like a wise owl. He is not playable yet, but in Path of the Jedi, he appears as some sort of background character to be the mentor for the Birds (Red, Blues, Chuck, and Obi-Wan).
-------------------------------------------------------
Darth Vader (Lard Vader)
Darth
Vader's role is played by an unknown pig or bird although, Rovio's
stated they will reveal at the launch of Angry Birds Star Wars if Vader is a bird
or a pig but it is still unknown. Vader is the leader of the Stormtrooper pigs,
based on the Empire from the Star Wars universe. He can move bricks
around with the Dark Side of the Force in a Boss Battle. Name comes from the
Angry Birds Online Shop.

Stormtroopers (Pigtroopers)
The Stormtroopers are portrayed by
Minion Pigs in the Star Wars game. They serve as the minions of their
commander, Darth Vader.
Unlike previous versions of Pigs of Angry Birds, who are known to sit still during levels, some Pigtroopers are equipped with blasters and shoot lasers, similar to Han Solo's ability, which can disrupt the Birds' attacks. However, Luke's lightsaber and Obi-Wan's use of the Force can deflect the blasts and reach faraway objects or other Pigtroopers. Despite this improvement, the Pigtroopers are still unintelligent, as they will blindly shoot in a repeating pattern. If the player is skilled enough, he/she can turn the blasting Pigtrooper upside-down, allowing it to shoot its own fort and teammates, decreasing the necessary amount of Bird usage.

The Sand People AKA Tusken Raiders from Star Wars
Episode IV: A New Hope are represented by Pigs wearing the clothing worn
by them. They aren't too much of a challenge to kill as the structures they
usually appear on are most of the time weak. Overall, simply toppling down
their structure is usually enough to kill them when they fall to their death.

Emperor Palpatine (Emperor Piglatine)
The King Pig takes the role of the Emperor. This is all that
is known, currently. He is seen in a Google+ Hangout poster. He is also seen in
a poster showing members of the Empire.
He appears to wear the King Pig's crown from the cartoons, rather than the crown from the actual preceeding games. Name comes from Pigtroopers description in Angry Birds Online Shop.
Grand Moff Tarkin
Grand Moff Tarkin is the Moustache
Pig in the game. He appears in some of the levels in the Death Star
episode and some Bonus Levels. This pig seems to have bushier eyebrows than the
Original
Moustache Pig.
-------------------------------------------------------
Minor Characters
Dr. Evazan
Dr. Evazan, who originally appeared in Star Wars
Episode IV: A New Hope alongside Ponda Baba. Evazan appears in the Cinematic Trailer as a
pig in the cantina who doesn't seem to like Red (Most likely because Red
accidently shoved Ponda into a pickle jar), same with Ponda.
Ponda Baba
Ponda Baba, as well as his friend Dr. Evazan, both
originally appeared in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. In the Cinematic
Trailer, Ponda and Evazan appear as pigs and don't seem to like Red (Most
likely because Red accidently shoved Ponda into a pickle jar, causing a pickle
to be in Ponda's mouth.) In the original
movie, Ponda's arm is chopped off by Obi-Wan. In the trailer, the only
thing that recieved damage from Obi-Wan's Lightsaber was the pickle in Ponda's
mouth, possibly censorship, or the fact that they have no arms, or both. He
appeared in a toy set along with Greedo.
Greedo
Greedo is a bounty hunter. He only apeared in a cutscene,
spying on Chuck Solo, and is then seen being shot by him, like in the movie.
Because he died of this in the movie, he may not appear again. He has appeared
in a toy set.
Jawas
Jawas are birds who love to do nothing but
scavenging. They do not resemble any of the pre-existing birds, much like Yoda.
They only serve as supporting characters in the storyline. In the comic we can
see a Jawa bird holding the Eggs in a basket. They have been seen in the
Cinematic Trailer.
The Imperial Guards
The guards of the Emperor can be seen in an Angry Birds Star
Wars image guarding Piglatine.
Two of them are on on either side of Piglatine

Welcome to our complete Angry Birds Star Wars characters
guide and reference. Star Wars is a very unique addition to the Angry Birds
franchise, as it includes a mix of our classic characters with the copyrighted
characters from George Lucas’ double-trilogy. Another unique aspect of this app
is the inclusion of a character page, which you can see above. To access this
page within your app, click on the “bird face” icon on the main home screen
(where the play icon appears). Use our numbered image above and our listing
below to figure out which icons you are missing, or if you are simply
interested in learning more about these characters’ abilities within the app.
Disclaimer: The above image is taken from iPad, which
is the comprehensive list. Depending on your platform, your character page may
appear different. (For example, if your platform does not include the Mighty
Millennium Falcon, it will not include those icons.)
To the best of our knowledge, we have noted when certain
icons are NOT available on all platforms — typically Mac and PC. In these
cases, please adjust the location of icons logically.

The Millennium Falcon is the starship owned by Han Solo, most famous for making the Kessel Run in under 12 parsecs. In the app, it replaces our beloved Mighty Eagle, though behaves quite differently. The Mighty Falcon travels in a circular motion, from 9 o’clock to 3 o’clock, either clockwise or counter, firing nine blasts from its laser as it traverses the semi-circle. The first blast is also perfectly horizontal.

15. Pig Boss, Type I Unlocked in Death Star 2–25
While not necessarily the app-ification of the King Pig, this boss pig assumes the role of Sith Lord Darth Vader. We intentionally avoid a plethora of spoilers here (and strongly request that you avoid this as well). Instead say that Vader is a powerful Jedi and right-hand-man to Emperor Palpatine of the Galactic Empire. Vader has the ability hold blocks using the dark side of the Force. These blocks will have an aura about them, until Vader’s concentration is broken by withstanding damage and the blocks are released.
